Amber’s childhood in Northern Michigan cultivated a deep appreciation for living close to nature. As an artist her aspirations come from her Anishinaabe upbringing. Since moving to Phoenix she continues to find inspiration in the relationship between the earthly and ethereal through her craft. Established in 2014, By Amber Reed celebrates this reverence, as Amber lovingly incorporates a variety of natural stones, shells, & mostly recycled precious metals to design hand forged jewelry, home decor & hair pins. The creative process offering a simultaneously meditative and enlivening practice. Amber especially loves to collaborate with fellow artisans and clients to foster connection and create bespoke pieces that can be enjoyed for a lifetime.
